Returning an Item
If you aren't completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Charlotterusse.com does not accept returns on jewelry, electronic gift cards, physical gift cards, swim, intimates, fragrance, nail polish, and anything noted as final sale. You can return merchandise purchased online to your local store or to our warehouse, address listed below. We will refund the purchase price and sales tax. Please note: you will be responsible for all return shipping fees if you choose to return it to our warehouse unless the items are damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for return processing and 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card. Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received at our warehouse.
Refer to the Return Instructions on the packing slip when returning your item. The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging (whenever possible) and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure credit.
Return to a Store
PayPal and Bill Me Later purchases can be credited to any credit card the customer presents, provided that the name on the original invoice matches that on the card.
Shipping and Handling Fees and Gift Wrap are non-refundable unless an item is damaged or defective. If an item is damaged or defective, to receive a refund of Shipping and Handling fees and Gift Wrap the item MUST be returned by mail. Please call Customer Service at 888-211-7271 with any questions.
Return by Mail
- 1. Pack your stuff securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, parts & accessories) with tags attached and everything.
- 2. Be sure to include your original packing slip with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you can't send the packing slip, just include your order number, billing name & address on a piece of paper with your return.
- 3. Use the pre-printed label on the front to address your package, and make sure all other labels have been removed before you send it off.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries. It is recommended that you use UPS, Insured Parcel Post, or any other trackable, insurable shipping service for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order. Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser. Charlotterusse.com will cover the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

Damage, Defective or Incorrect Item
If you receive items that are damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival, please call Customer Service immediately at 888-211-7271. It's important that you contact us before returning your item, so that we can assist you with return shipping fees. If you don't contact us first, you'll be responsible for all return shipping charges. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. Expect a refund of the purchase price, sales tax, and original shipping fees for returned items. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please have your order number ready when calling. If you don't know your order number, please log in to your Charlotte Russe account and find it in your Order History. Also, be prepared with a description of the damage or defect before contacting us. The more detail, the better.
