Returning an Item

Charlotte Russe loves to keep you looking fun, fashionable, exciting, and trendy! If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, there are two convenient return options:

1. Standard Return Shipping
For your convenience, the instructions are also outlined on the packing slip with your shipped items.

  1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All items must be returned in original condition and with tags attached to ensure refund.
  2. Enclose the bottom perforated portion of the original packing slip with the item. Please keep the top portion for your records. If you cannot send your packing slip, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item(s).
  3. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  4. Send the return package to the following address (unless your packing slip directs otherwise):

  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
  • It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
  • Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
  • Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
  • Charlotterusse.com will cover the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

2. Return to a Charlotte Russe Store
To return products purchased on Charlotterusse.com to a Charlotte Russe retail store follow these simple steps within 30 days of receipt.

  1. By using our Store Locator, find the nearest Charlotte Russe store.
  2. For a full refund, return must be made with the original packing slip and merchandise must be in original condition.
  3. Returns in-store without a packing slip will be issued a merchandise credit at the current selling price of the product.
  4. The store associate will process your return. If receiving a credit, please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.

Shipping and Handling Fees and Gift Wrap are non-refundable unless an item is damaged or defective. If an item is damaged or defective, to receive a refund of Shipping and Handling fees and Gift Wrap the item MUST be returned by mail.
