  • Where can I find more information about an item?
    If you would like more information about an item you see on charlotterusse.com, simply click on the item image. This will take you to a Product Detail page that provides a complete product description. Note: we are also providing informational content for items we will not be initially selling on the on the site.

  • How do I add items to my Shopping Cart?
    To add items to your Shopping Cart, follow these simple steps:
    • Enter a quantity in the field provided.
    • Make note of the Availability of the item. Availability tells you when we expect the item to leave our warehouse. Items that are not In Stock may take longer. The time it takes for the item to arrive at its destination depends on the shipping method you select in Checkout.
    • Click the "Add to Cart" button to add the item to your Shopping Cart.

  • What are In Stock items?
    • A product's availability is clearly noted on the Product Detail page as In Stock if it is available and ready to ship. Some items are temporarily out-of-stock.

  • How do I know when an item will arrive?
    • Delivery Time = Warehouse Handling Time + Shipping Time
    • Warehouse Handling Time refers to the amount of time it will take for your order to leave our warehouse.
    • Shipping Time is the amount of time it will take your order to ship once it has left our warehouse.
    • During checkout, you will get to select a shipping method and see the total time it takes for the item to leave the warehouse and ship to its destination. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
